Welcome, PR people! I provide an event photography service for official ceremonies, social functions, business meetings, product launches, fundraising dinners, speeches, lectures, workshops, and so on — you name it, I'll photograph it! The style I use when photographing events depends on your brief. Some clients prefer as unobstrusive a style as possible. That might mean not using flash, it might mean keeping my distance from the main event, or it might mean not making loud camera noises at inopportune moments! I'm open to all those possibilities. . . .
Within one week of the shoot, you'll receive by post the finished, retouched photographs on CD (as both high-resolution print-quality files and low-resolution internet-quality files). If you're on a tighter deadline, I'm happy send you by email the most important photos, ASAP on the day of the shoot. I can also supply archival prints. For commissions within the M25, my half-day rate (up to 4 hours) is £300 inclusive, and my day-rate (up to 8 hours) is £600 inclusive.
